Life doesn’t always go the way you suppose. What’s the problem? Go with it… Dale Carnegie said, “when life hands you a lemon, make lemonade.” That’s what they did in these cases and you can do the same. Look at the results you are getting in whatever it is you are doing and figure out what it means. For McConnell the books weren’t working but he purfume was; for Wrigley it was the gum; for Henry Ford’s partners in the first Ford Motor Company it was not Henry Ford – but they created the Cadillac Company – in the same enterprise things weren’t right for Ford and he moved on, started another company and yet another auto giant.
