EFT – The Emotional Freedom Technique

At a recent conference I attended I met an EFT (emotional freedom technique) practitioner from Ireland who told some very compelling stories about EFT.  So much so that I decided to learn a little more about it.  As I put this page up I know little more than what you’ll find in the YouTube video and the three products I found that are listed below it.

I have no experience with EFT except I’m going to start with the YouTube video and see where that takes me.
