Another YouTube Treasure — Some great insights from Earl Nightingale and a great piece to watch to wrap up the year. It’s all about the law of attraction - Earl says, “we become what we think about all day long.”
Earl describes how a person is born and grows up and why he may fall into a Lemming’s life, a life lived without thought following along the same path as everyone else and not even understanding why.
“An unexamined life is not worth living.”
–Socrates
Earl concludes that a person may become who he wants to be by awakening his mind, by setting the thoughtful goals that he wants to achieve and: “we become what we think about all day long.”
The YouTube poster says that the video was rescued from an old videotape copy of the film. It runs about 30 minutes and is broken into 3 pieces. It’s well worth the watch
Earl calls this “The Strangest Secret:”

[...] TV wasn’t a part of the picture when Allen wrote As A Man Thinketh but there have always been plenty of ways to ’sew nettles’ in the fertile field of the mind. The point is what beliefs are running your mind and therefore your life that would cause you to spend so much time in a way that will cause you to be only a very ordinary person? Earl Nightingale discusses this very issue, he calls it “The Strangest Secret.” [...]
